This challenging position requires a person who is self-motivated , and who is capable of making a positive contribution to at Grafton Shoppingworld, located in Northern NSW.

The Role: This role is a permanent Administration position on a full time basis supporting the Management Team. This position provides combined Reception and Administration duties, supporting & assisting the day to day activities of Centre Management at Grafton Shopping world. Centre Management control all property management functions relating to the Retail and building operations of Grafton Shopping world. Reporting through to the Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager, the Administration Assistant coordinates communication between all Centre stakeholders as well as being the first point of contact for Retailers, Customers and Contractors. The role includes daily reception, report preparation, Accounts payable, data entry, lease and contractor administration. This position is a major contributor to the day-to-day effectiveness of the Centre Management Office.

Skills and experience: The ideal Candidate We require a switched on Administrator with excellent communication, time management, reception and customer service skills. Candidates must  be adept with online Office programs and  accounts receivable / payable with a strong attention to detail.. Shopping centre and Realty experience is highly desirable, however demonstrated experience in related industries such as Finance, Commercial Property Management or Hospitality will be highly regarded. A salary package commensurate with experience will be offered and a full job description is available.

It is essential that Candidates be able to meet full time work requirement based on 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday.
