UTS Student Administration Unit is recruiting for multiple Assistant Service Officers to join our exciting Workforce team. The Assistant Services Officer is responsible for delivering a quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to stakeholders.

Detailed Description If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for: Providing accurate and appropriate responses to high volumes of enquiries in-person and via online portals on behalf of the university at one of the service centre locations. Promoting student administration self-service facilities by directing customers to appropriate information sources such as the SAU knowledgebase and website. Completing administration activities to support the SAU team and procedures of the unit. High level customer service, by responding to Tier 1 student enquiries, and escalating Tier 2 and 3 enquiries to the relevant team

To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service. Proven ability to retain and manage a lot of information with a high level of accuracy. Ability to supervisor others and lead by example, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to Unit, team, project, stakeholder or customer needs.

Remuneration: Base Salary Range: $ 63,456 to $ 67,874 pa (HEW 4). This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
