Executive Personal Assistant, Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. By taking care of communications for the CEO’s office, you will be an intelligent candidate with great initiative, who has a genuine interest in education and who would enjoy having a wide area of influence to really make a difference. Your CEO is very highly regarded, a transparent and clear communicator who will provide the opportunity for growth and development. Must have great writing skills (to draft correspondence, assist with Newsletters etc) for which nothing is a problem. MS Suite and SharePoint is used. Appropriate experience is expected (minimum 2 years at an equivalent level).
Duties: EA As the Executive Assistant you will predominantly look after the CEO with a smaller amount of assistance to the CFO. Diary management. Board administration: prep agendas, presentations, papers/reports (not minute taking). Travel requirements for CEO. Newsletter compilation/support. First point of contact on corporate floor (screening)
HR Admin: Process Hire/Remuneration Forms. Check Employment contracts. Update induction materials, take H/O inductions. Maintain all staff files. Advertising. Website vacancy updates. Advise Managers on best practice. H & S Rep.
General: Liaise with cleaning co, Building Manager, IT. Run office social events. Expenses, Property leases, Maintain Sharepoint sites. Responsibility Requirements: 2 years’ experience. Contactable References. Valid vehicle license. Clean criminal history. Salary: R23000.
