Responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, physical facilities and the utilities/controls. Develops preventive maintenance and ensure continuous production operations. Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure plant and machinery are kept safe running condition Robust knowledge of Operation and Annual Maintenance 0f Utilities (Chiller plant, Water softener- RO, Compressor, Air Conditions etc). Capable of measuring and making sketches of parts, fitting keys, laying out center lines, Lathe operation, welding, cutting, fitting bearings, drilling, tapping and aligning holes. Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines. Ability to improve the efficiency of the Utilities equipment. Ability to manage projects to completion on time and within budget. Troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Purchase of Maintenance materials on Emergency Basis. Report Daily activities in Log book.
