Y-PEP Programs Administrator, YWCA Australia.

The Role: YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Y-PEP Programs Administrator to join our Programs team. This role is offered on a part time (22.8 hours per week) basis on a maximum term contract until 20 December 2019 and is based in our Sydney office.

The Program Administrator supports the Program Manager and Coordinators in the efficient and effective development and delivery of the YWCA Australia Child Protection Education Program across NSW schools. Managing our website and school log in systems, assisting with data collection for reporting and active involvement in our Interactive Live Stream

Key Responsibilities: Providing high level administration support for the program and staff; Assist in the development and maintenance of program content on website; Coordination and management of School access to program material; Coordinate the delivery of accurate and timely program reporting, including data collection; Compliance with all YWCA Australia and Department of Education statutory and policy based child protection policies and other obligations; Compliance with all YWCA Australia policies and procedures; Other duties as delegated by the Program Manager from time to time

Qualifications, Experience and Attitude: Experience in the not-for-profit industry in an administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities, plan and organise own daily work practices. High levels of attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
