Call Centre Agents required in Durban Central Elico International, is a new a fast growing Business Process Outsourcing Call Centre based in Durban central. We are currently seeking to employ Outbound Call Centre Agents with the relevant attributes and experience. The campaign we are running will be Australian and New Zealand working hours which will be from 11pm-7am from Sunday to Friday. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Job Purpose: Make appointments and market products and services telephonically, answer incoming customer calls at certain instances and make outgoing sales calls, maintain thorough understanding of products and services, process leads, meet target goals.

Telemarketing Job Duties: Making outgoing customer calls, processes information, and accept the correct time frames and dates for the appointments. Answers questions about product specifications and pricing. Up-sell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services. Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing. Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.

Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent lead/ appointment pitches. Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback. Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops. May specialize in inbound or outbound calling or in sales for a particular industry.
