Full Time Receptionist / Sales Assistant, All Podiatry & The Shoe Co, All Podiatry & The Shoe Co. is one of Brisbane's largest podiatry practices, it is also home to a very busy footwear store & well known womens footwear brand, FRANKiE4.

Due to growth we are looking for a new Support Staff member for Reception & Footwear sales to join our team. (Full time role across both our Indooroopilly & Windsor locations). Your role is to provide outstanding customer service to all patients and customers, and support our team of podiatrists.  Energy, initiative and motivation along with exceptional communication skills will help you to excel in this role. You will work alongside our team of professionals giving both administration and footwear fitting support. You must be keen to learn about footwear, have a strong, committed work ethic, as well as motivation to grow within the business.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: patient and customer liaison, booking appointments, processing payments, data entry, footwear sales, reporting to management, general cleaning and tidying of the practice, liaising with other companies and Health Professionals.

To really thrive and excel in this role you will need: 1 – 2 years retail experience. excellent communication (including phone manner), good computer skills, a positive attitude, to be team spirited, own transport as some travel between practices may be required at times ability to take direction from management and learn from them.
