About the Role: The business is seeking additional team members who are a mature-aged, experienced couple to live on premises as groundsman and receptionist at a well-established caravan park located in a major regional centre in North Queensland. You must be able and willing to perform any of your duties as required after training to welcome you as a team member.

Your Responsibilities: As a groundsman, you will have shared responsibility for maintaining the grounds and gardens of the property. Groundsman duties include, but are not limited to: Ensuring grounds are well-maintained. Gardening and shrubbery maintenance. Ensuring entire premises is kept in pristine condition. Light maintenance, pool and spa Ad hoc projects. As a member of the receptionist team, your smiling face will be one of the first guests see. Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to: Reception and guest services. Accommodation booking and management. Organising guest payments. Answering telephone calls. Liaising with guests and third parties. Greeting guests upon welcome. Full particulars and job description will be provided to suitable candidates upon application. Onsite training will be provided to the right applicants upon commencement.

Your Attributes You must be: Able to deliver outstanding customer service repeatedly every day. Able to follow business policies and procedures. Exceptional communicators. Proactive and hands-on. Self-motivated. Flexible with hours. Computer literate. Mature-aged. Non-smokers with sober habits. Good references and a clean record. Previous experience in similar roles is desirable.
