Credit Controller/Accounts Admin

Credit Controller/Accounts Admin required for a Translation company based in Dublin, City Center.

 
Extensive knowledge of Accountancy Package "Sage line 50" and relevant computer programmes is essential.
 
The desired candidate should be self motivated, target driven and must have extensive experience on the following:

Description of duties and responsibities:

-Credit Control
-Purchases Ledger
-Bank Reconciliation
-Accounts admin
-Working closely with a full accounts team
-Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records
-Works with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts
-Has regular customer contact by phone, fax and email
-Uses initiative and imagination to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill
-Makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
-Anticipates developments, and identifies accounts that will require special attention
-Maintains accurate individual measurement and performance statistics 
-Works within guidelines and reports to the Credit Manager or Financial Controller
