Technical / Mechanical Supervisor (Mechanic/Fitter/Turner), Location: Tongaat, North Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Requirements, Matric - C Aggregate, Mechanical experience and ability essential (Mechanic / Fitter / Turner), 2-4 years experience as a supervisor in a medium manufacturing company. Must have had at least 4 supervisors reporting to them. Must have experience in handling a production line. Must have excellent references as an effective supervisor. Must be prepared to work regular overtime, including weekends. Reside within reasonable distance of Tongaat due to call outs/overtime. Current / Last salary Must be on CV / Email. Performance Management is strictly applied within disciplinary code of conduct. Preference will be given to those with a supervisory / technical certificate or diploma. References will be required later.
