Business Development Manager Required – Dubai. Requirements: A proven track record of success in a sales, account management and client services role within a Data / Digital / CRM agency. You have experience in Market Research, Audience targeting and segmentation, Planning and implementing campaigns (online & offline), Digital, Social Media, etc. Aptitude & willingness to learn technology. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Expert in independently preparing and presenting proposals. Ability to capture business and technical requirements and map them to products / platforms and consultancy service offerings. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English is essential (Arabic is an advantage). Capable of working in a small to medium sized organization and able to get the balance right between strategy and delivery. Highly organized and calm under pressure. Self-Driven, flexible and adaptable nature. Excellent negotiation skills. Business acumen and a penchant for sales and marketing. Own car and valid UAE Driving license an advantage.
