Requirements:1. A proven track record of success in a sales, account management and client services role within a Data / Digital / CRM agency.2. You have experience in Market Research, Audience targeting and segmentation, Planning and implementing campaigns (online & offline), Digital, Social Media, etc.3. Aptitude & willingness to learn technology4. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.5. Expert in independently preparing and presenting proposals.6. Ability to capture business and technical requirements and map them to products / platforms and consultancy service offerings.7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English is essential (Arabic is an advantage).8. Capable of working in a small to medium sized organization and able to get the balance right between strategy and delivery.9. Highly organized and calm under pressure.10. Self-Driven, flexible and adaptable nature.11. Excellent negotiation skills.12. Business acumen and a penchant for sales and marketing.13. Own car and valid UAE Driving license an advantage.
