Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand. You will help them to create an exceptional customer experience across every touch point. You will need to have an eye for detail, a good memory and excellent written communication skills. Good spelling and grammar are essential. You must have access to a computer and the internet.
