Marketing Officer / Receptionist, Lively Feet, Adelaide. About The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, all-rounder to provide marketing, design and reception support to our two podiatry practices, Blackwood Podiatry and Morphett Vale Podiatry. The role will be based on a Wednesday at our Morphett Vale Podiatry Clinic.  However, there will be opportunity for additional casual hours at our Blackwood site from time to time (including other days of the week).

Casual hours will most commonly be a four-hour shift on a Wednesday; generally alternating from week to week between 10:30am – 2:30pm and 1:30pm – 5:30pm.  However, flexibility is required if additional support is needed before or after these times. Morphett Vale Podiatry closes most school holidays and so this role may suit a working parent.   It could also be an ideal role for a marketing / design student. Has a strong attention to detail (including proof reading) with solid organisational skills. Is computer literate using iMac. Possesses excellent design skills and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. Has experience in managing website content (Squarespace website experience preferred).

A working knowledge of SEO is ideal but not essential. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with a flair to deal with frustrated and / or elderly and / or confused clients as well as members of the general public. Has the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a range of health professionals. Has the ability to exercise judgement, discretion and initiative and maintain confidentiality. Holds a current Driver's Licence. Responsibilities Of This Role.
