DSM Food Specialties Australia is a manufacturing site based at Moorebank in Western Sydney and is currently undertaking a number of capital works and small projects. The Moorebank site produces a range of Dairy Starter Cultures via Fermentation processes. We offer a range of lactic acid producers and specialty cultures that are used for all cheese and fermented milk applications.

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Packing Supervisor on a full-time basis, who will be supervising Storemen & Packers. The Warehouse & Packing Supervisor will plan and organise efficient stock movement (picking and packing customer orders and interplant stock transfers) and ensure all shipments are prepared at agreed times and able to meet customer and business needs and expectations.

Applicants will need to be an effective team leader and supervisor, have very good planning, organizational and communication skills; also have negotiation/mediation skills and the ability to make decisions promptly and efficiently.

Applicants must have: Understanding of raw materials. SAP knowledge and skills. Production, pick/pack or warehousing environment experience ideal. Staff supervision experience.
