Location: Empangeni, North Coast, Job Type: Contract. Property Company looking for a semi skilled handyman to perform basic maintenance work. Applicant should be hardworking, reliable, self managing. Minimum of 5 years experience in related field. Code 8 Drivers license required

Responsibilities: Perform tenant move in/move out inspections. Attend to monthly property inspections. Attend to municipality enquiries. Inspect and recommend to management on water and electricity efficient initiatives to reduce operating costs. Attend to tenant complaints/issues. Attend to Maintenance issues within acceptable time frames. Successful candidates will be contacted for interviews.
