Sales Coordinator, Dubai – UAE, Job Functional Area Sales, Required Gender Male/Female. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree. Minimum Experience1 Year.

Dubai based IT Distribution company looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team.

Job brief: Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Co-ordinate between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs.

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions. Good computer skills (MS Office). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exposure in E-Commerce platform will be an added advantage. Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelors Degree.
