Allied Health Receptionist/Admin - Orthotic Motion, South West Coast VIC. About the business: Orthotic Motion is a dynamic and experienced Allied Health - Orthotic clinic located in Geelong. About the role: Receptionist to look after front desk and general administration tasks including data entry, receipting and banking.

This role will be permanent part time two (2) days per week with the following options; Thursday/Friday, Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Friday. In addition the successful applicant will be required to cover annual leave for the Office Manager. In order to apply for this position, you must meet the following Key Selection Criteria; Essential Minimum three (3) years administration experience. Solid reception skills and telephone etiquette. Ability to be empathetic and caring towards others.

Proven track record working as part of a team in a busy environment with a strong attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to organise and prioritise set tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel. Seeking stability and new challenges in the work place for long term stable employment opportunity. Preferable Experience using Front Desk Practice Management System and Xero is favourable.

Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Outstanding Accounts, Payroll, Transcribing Dictations. Experience liaising with Third Party Insurers including TAC, Worksafe, DVA and NDIS in relation to funding applications on behalf of clients. Remuneration will be based on level of experience.
