Legal Executive Assistant, Perth CBD & Inner Suburbs WA, Parkes Legal Recruitment. Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for that next level in your career? Superb opportunity to join a highly regarded Top Tier firm supporting the Partner in charge. Joining the busy Banking & Finance team, this position requires a candidate dedicated and able to provide a strong level of administrative assistance to the Partner.

You will be responsible for: High level email management - monitoring and responding to a vast number of emails. Proactively managing Partners diary. Scheduling appointments and attending to conflicting priorities. Attending to high volume calls from clients and internal staff members, assisting wherever possible. Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering and video conferencing facilities (in-house and externally). Booking and managing travel and accommodation requirements. Managing files – electronic and manual. Updating client information.

Arranging client functions Drafting correspondence and documents (dictation and copy typing). Billing and expense management. To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who match the following criteria: A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary supporting Partner level Pro-active manner. Ability to work under pressure and respond to conflicting priorities. Strong written and communication skills. Confident manner. Can do approach to tasks. Solid technical skills (minimum 70 wpm with high accuracy), Intermediate level + Word skills. Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
