Dispatch Agent – Tyger valley-Bellville Area, Location: Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. We’re currently looking for a young, vibrant,  energetic and dynamic candidate to fulfil a position in our Dispatch Division at our offices in Tyger valley/Bellville area. Responsibilities: Make courier bookings via computer system. Dispatch orders timeously. Organising of products to be delivered via Courier. Keeping customers informed of order progress and status. Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.

Requirements: Proficient in English (oral and written). Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Active listener with excellent communication skills. Work well in a team environment.

Previous dispatch experience is not a requirement however excellent communication skills will give you an advantage. The position is available immediately and is based on a starting salary of between R6500 pm and R7500 pm depending on skill level plus a contribution to company medical aid.
