About us: Steve Bartley & Associates is an established Building Certification Company based in Cleveland. We provide regulatory consulting services including building certification on projects ranging from houses to large scale commercial projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of an Office Administrator. You will work directly with our clients which includes builders, developers, architects and other industry professionals.

About the Role: In this role you will provide general support to the team, including but not limited to: General office organisation and personal assistance duties. Answering phones and liaising with clients and suppliers. Preparation and lodgement of government applications and statutory paperwork. Data entry & Maintenance. Invoice, purchase order and credit card reconciliations (using Xero). Aged Debtors. IAS & BAS preparation. File Auditing. Monthly financial and adhoc reporting.

About You: Excellent communication skills are essential and the successful applicant will be able to present a friendly, personable and professional attitude in your role. The ability to work in an open office environment as part of a small team is also needed.  Demonstrating that you have experience in general administrative duties such as using various software (ie MS Office) and online data entry programs is expected. Experience or knowledge in the construction industry is an advantage.

The Benefits: Immediate start 8.00am to 4.30pm (Min 3 days per week with opportunity to extend to full time). A salary package above the award will be offered to the successful candidate.
