Foods Production Manager - Germiston Food Production Company (Fruit & Veg) is looking for a production manager for their small factory in Germiston. The company processes fresh food & veg and sell to leading retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process and will report to the director directly. Experience in food production management essential. Ideal for candidates who are skilled is food costing, health & safety, quality and quantity control. Main duties will include stock, systems and process management. Applicants must have strong staff management and training skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Six day work week, early mornings to mid afternoon. Salary R 18000 23000 K CTC
