Warehouse/Admin Assistant, Gold Coast. We are looking for a Warehouse/Admin Assistant who has experience in high volume, multi brand distribution. The ideal candidate for this role is computer literate, a good communicator, a forward thinker who demonstrates initiative and an energetic approach to multi task whilst maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Your role: As a small company, we require the applicant to work between the warehouse & admin roles and be adaptable to change based on the daily priorities.
Warehouse duties include but not limited to: Receiving/unpacking incoming shipments. (lifting cartons is required). Pick/Pack & dispatch orders on daily basis. Monitoring incoming stock and allocating to Major accounts. Oversee major accounts, delivery dates, scan pack & processing to meet required instore dates. Regular stocktakes & update stock reports accurately. Assist in returns/RA requests. Book local and international couriers. Assist with stock enquiries.
Admin duties include but not limited to: Data entry & processing customer orders. Receipting and invoicing stock. Preparing purchase orders. Maintain excel spreadsheets. Answer phones and customer service queries.
Ideally you will have: Previous experience in stockroom/warehouse specialising in fashion/wholesale environment. Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office, inventory systems/advanced excel and EDI experience preferred). Exceptional organisation skills and ability to work under pressure. Have a willing attitude and take pride in your work and environment. Good health and physical fitness to fulfil the role as described.
