Senior Programme Administrator Executive Education, University of Reading - Dean's Office, Location: Reading, Salary: £24,771 to £27,830 per annum, Hours: Full Time, Contract Type: Permanent.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Administrator to join our team which supports delivery of a wide range of qualification and non-qualification Executive Education Programmes.

Responsibilities: will include, liaising with Programme Directors and tutors, other departments within Henley Business School and programme members.

You will coordinate all arrangments for workshops producing course material and managing course related finance. You will also support students progression following university processes, support module scheduling and programme governance documentation.

You will need: Experience of working in a customer facing role offereing high levels of customer service. Excellent communication skills. The ability to build professional relationships and work in partnership with others. Experience of running workshops/or events. Experience of financial systems and dealing with budgtets. A professional, positive and flexible attitude. The ability to travel and stay overnight in other locations when programmes are being delivered off site.
