Sales Supervisor Retail Cape Gate Centre, Location: Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Looking for a Sales supervisor to take full advantage of training and development initiatives to ensure we offer excellent customer service!

Key Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Min. of 1 year’s retail (sales) experience. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) will be an advantage. Strong verbal communication skills. “Specialist” product knowledge (will be an advantage)(outdoor). Clear ITC and Criminal Record.

Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Generation. Customer Care. Administration. Merchandising & Housekeeping.

The position is structured with a basic salary and overtime (for Sundays and Public Holidays worked) with additional benefits: Staff Discount and In-Store Incentive Scheme.
