Land Surveys is a premier national surveying company providing full surveying services specialising in resources, infrastructure, commercial construction, land development and 3D mapping and modelling. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator with strong mobilisation, client liaison and invoicing skills, to support the smooth operation of our Pilbara office.

The role: Receive and appropriately direct incoming phone calls and emails. Preparing and submitting site mobilisation documents. Invoicing and docket preparation. Coordinate all broad-based activities associated with running the Pilbara office. Setting up of projects in NetSuite software. Management of job folders and filing duties.

Required Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administration and client liaison role. Demonstrable knowledge of site mobilisation requirements. High Level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous CRM experience, NetSuite highly desirable. Background in Construction, Mining, Engineering industries is preferable.
