Junior Operations/ Warehouse Assistant (DBN) Non-EE #Bonanza, Location: Waterfall, West Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. An established national transport company provides a great opportunity for a Jnr Operations/ Warehouse Assistant. The successful candidate will have warehouse, operational & office driver responsibilities. This position is based in Durban (western suburbs). Will consider candidates willing to relocate.

Job Description: Assist in the warehouse/ shipment management and overall quality control of operations in our Durban branch. Assist in the supervision and management of our blue-collar workers. Local & surrounds Office driver responsibilities as and when required. Effective client liaison & pro-active problem-solving. Administration and inventory management. Working every third weekend on rotation.

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/ similar (a relevant tertiary qualification beneficial). 1 – 5 years experience (entry-level position). Proficient verbal & written communication skills in Afrikaans & English (non-negotiable). A drivers’ license & own reliable transport (a Code 10/ 14 highly beneficial). Any technical skills/ experience highly beneficial (e.g. carpentry, welding, mechanical etc.) Willing to work every third weekend on rotation. Willing to work overtime as & when required. Computer literate and Microsoft Office competency. Assertiveness skills & ability to deal with difficult clients. No job hoppers.
