Sales Person – Olivedale, Location: Randburg, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. Sales Position - Leads Supplied - With Basic Salary and Medical Aid contribution. We're inundated with leads and need energetic, outgoing sales people who enjoy working in a fast paced, fun environment.
You need to be computer literate, be fluent in English and able to type an awesome email. If you're enthusiastic and have the right attitude, then we'll train you. No cold calling whatsoever - all leads supplied. No industry experience needed - all training given to people with the right attitude. No transport needed - you will be based in our office in Olivedale. No working weekend or public holidays - office hours 08:15 until 17:15 Mon - Thurs and Friday 08:15 until 17:00.
The role consists of: Liaising with clients via telephone and email. Preparing quotes as per the clients request. Closing sales in order to meet sales targets. Previous sales experience is not a requirement however excellent communication skills and possibly previous experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
A passion for sales will also be a great advantage. The position is available immediately and is on a R7500.00 basic plus basic commission basis. After you have established a client base and have been employed for 6 months, you will go onto a comm only contract with a higher commission structure. (Everything will be explained to you in your interview).
If you're good, then within a few months you'll earn between R 10000 and R 15000 per month. If you're better than good and have the determination to succeed, then you'll earn above R25000 per month.
