Some responsibilities will include: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies (make sure the practice runs smoothly). Work with upper management in recruitment, induction of staff and inventory control. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support social media and marketing with clientele. Create and update records for personnel, visiting students and follow up with documentation for clients. Management of clinic inventory via invoicing, ordering and improvement. Interaction with clientele regarding follow up surveys, clinical summaries, transfer of records, etc. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Responsibility Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn internal software protocols. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage but not required. Previous experience or interest in marketing/social media will be helpful. High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field would be beneficial.
