Property Administration Commercial Portfolio Manager, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried position - not commission based. Private Property Group based in central Cape Town, owning a large Commercial and Industrial property portfolio, requires an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager.

Duties include: Identifying new tenants through our own marketing, as well as through liaison with external commercial leasing brokers. Meeting prospective tenants at premises to be let. Lease renewals with existing tenants.

Requirements: Experience in Commercial / Industrial Property Leasing. A strong ability in marketing and communication is crucial. Ability to deal confidently with tenants. An understanding of Property Maintenance and Facilities Management an advantage. Degree or Diploma an advantage. Excellent computer skills - knowledge of MDA an advantage. Drivers License and own transport essential. In addition to the above requirements, applicants will only be considered who are: Presently resident in the greater Cape Town area.
