The Company: Our client is a well established family owned and run business that specialises in providing high quality bedding and furniture at an affordable price. Whilst this business has grown to encompass a network of some 9 stores across Victoria, they have retained their family-centric work culture. The Role: The role on offer is a full-time Showroom Sales Consultant located within their northern suburbs store. The primary job function of this role is to maximise sales opportunities and provide each customer with a positive experience and an excellent product. In addition to sales other duties include sales administration activities and recording, stock ordering, visual merchandising and general cleaning and tidying.

About You: We are seeking outstanding salespeople who are driven to maximise every sales opportunity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals. As retail is busiest on the weekend it is important the successful candidate will be available to work some weekends. They will be willing to adapt their selling technique to be in line with company procedures and guidelines. They will be able to work autonomously to achieve individual goals and as well as part of a team.
