Location: Gordon's Bay, Helderberg, Job Type: Full-Time. Position available as a personal assistant to Director.

Position entails: Screening of calls and emails. General book keeping. Calling suppliers to place orders. Filing. Learning computer languages (In house training provided). General office administration. General office shopping and running errands. We are in the construction industry as well as in Software development, I need an person to assist me with the office duties, I also need support with coding, if you do not have previous experience in coding, I will provide in house training.

Skills Required: Afrikaans fluent. Willingness to learn and grow. Excel, Word, Outlook. Accounting (Quickbooks, if not, training will be provided). Coding (Javascript, if not, training will be provided). Salary will be R 10,000 per month on a temporary basis (1 month) after that a full time contract may be offered.

Other Requirements: Must be over 18 and have own transport. Matric or equivalent. Must be able to work in Gordons Bay, Western Cape. If you don't receive a response from us within 2 weeks, this would mean that your application is unsuccessful at this time.
