Admin Support Staff required Urgently, Location: Newlands, Southern Suburbs, Job Type: Casual.

Two assistants are required to help with the coordination of a focus group discussion on Friday, 21st June 2019 between 9am and 2pm in Cape Town in Newlands (venue to be confirmed).The coordinator would also need assistance with coordination on site. The assistants must be living in Cape Town or within 2 hours of the CBD. They must also be available between the 19th and 21st and be physically present to facilitate for the entire event on the 21st. The ideal assistants have some experience facilitating workshops/meetings and on local and international campaigns but this is not a must.

Assistants will receive a modest allowance and reimbursement for transport.

Details about the project: The International Youth Alliance for Family Planning (IYAFP) will be conducting a pretesting focus group discussion with youth and partners, to review and test out multimedia materials created by PCI Media for the Early and Unintended Pregnancy Campaign in Eastern and Southern Africa.

They are currently conducting pre-tests in countries across the region (including South Africa) to assess the reception of messages, cultural appropriateness, appeal of graphics and design, and whether or not the materials resonate with audiences within the specific country context.
