Education Consultant, Intelligent Partners, Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Admin Employment Type: Full Time.

Job Summary: Advice and counsel students in the development of an educational plan, choosing a program of study, and/or clarifying educational goals. Provide guidance for student through their decision making process, application for a suitable course and documentation for visa application. Work with the Schools, Colleges and Universities officers to process admission on time and arrange orientation for students. Ensure that all application information from students is accurate and correct. Oversee the marketing and recruitment of students for our partner institution. Organize and attend education and trade fairs, seminars and events at home and overseas as required. Generate and follow-up leads made during these trade events.

Identification and vetting of potential academic partners and students. Provide reports on marketing trips, student choices and fairs for the marketing team. Identify, appoint and support institutions to maximize student recruitment. Develop strategies and deliver excellent enrolment and after-enrolment services to maximize student numbers, student satisfaction and retention.

Develop, coordinate and attend to partner and student questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills: Desired Candidate Profile, Graduate degree in any field, Experience in international education and international student recruitment, Experience in the development of marketing material and strategy, Fluency in English, Ability to work in cross-cultural environment, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong research and writing skills. Organizational skills and initiative; ability to work in a team environment and across different time zones.

Creative problem-solving attitude to approaching issues, while exercising independent judgment and ethical decision-making with a minimal amount of supervision. Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
