Admin Assistant, Charterhouse, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs, Salary, $36hr + super. The position provides high level administrative and project support for the effective and efficient operation of projects across the Leadership and High-Performance directorate.

This is a 3 month position with a likely extension, paying $36hr + super.

Key responsibilities: Providing high quality administrative, finance and project support, including word processing, running reports and collating audio-visual presentations. Coordinating conferences including preparing agendas, organising venues, catering and distribution of resources. Effectively apply new and updated technology applications, systems, procedures and organisational methods. Communicate and negotiate with senior officers, other internal staff and external bodies in the organisation of meetings and travel arrangement.

Provide data entry, word processing, spreadsheet and effective records management to facilitate accurate, timely and effective records and correspondence. Monitor and maintain project schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines. Provide prompt and accurate reports and feedback to the supervisor regarding progress and achievements towards.

Key challenges: Planning and prioritising high volumes of work with conflicting and critical deadlines. Attending to a wide variety of day to day related administrative tasks and resolving them. The role is multi skilled to meet business needs. The challenge is to be flexible in the scope and range of activities performed.
