Location: Other, Cape Winelands, Job Type: Full-Time. Fantastic opportunity at a premium brand franchise  dealership based in Cape Town, for an experienced New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager. You would be required to lead and manage profitable new and used vehicle departments, with the focus on customer service excellence. Previous experience in the position of New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager of at least 2 years is required. If you have exposure / experience in a premium / luxury brand of vehicles, this will be to your advantage. Salary package on offer is based on your previous experience, from R25K - R30K basic + lucrative incentive scheme.

As your role in this position you would need to have: Minimum Matric / Grade 12 qualification. Tertiary qualification would be to your advantage. Excellent understanding of current market needs and requirements. People management skills ensuring set targets are achieved and maintained in both new and used departments within the dealership.

Understanding and implementation of processes and  procedures to result in customer satisfaction as set out by standards required from the directors and the manufacturer. Maintaining effective control of expenses in both departments in the dealership and ensuring profitability in all areas. Excellent leadership ability in management with  staff and motivating staff to perform at their best at all times, attracting, retaining and developing staff.

Full computer literacy in Word and Excel and other motor trade related software systems. Experience in evaluating of vehicles and sourcing stock and list Vehicle Sales Manager in your subject text to me.
