Purpose: Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, administrative support as sales support to ensure smooth functionality for a biometric & security systems company.

Administrative Responsibilities & Expectations: Handle telephone calls – receive, direct and relay telephone messages. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mai. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Assist in in-house marketing activities. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Coordination Responsibilities & Expectations: Supporting sales representatives. Arranging meetings & appointments for the sales team. Quote preparation & submission. Progressive follow-up with prospective clients. Coordinating sales & marketing related activities within the company.

Requirements: Female Candidates Only. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of Experience in similar profile. Should be on spouse visa. IT knowledge preferred.
