The Opportunity: Paris Creek Farms is looking for an energetic Receptionist/Administrator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, to win our customers over, time and time again!  If you are energetic and love to interact with our valuable customers then this exciting role is definitely for you! To succeed in this fast-paced role, you will need to be resilient, a problem solver, have excellent speaking skills, empathy, adaptability and the ability to use positive language! Effective listening and patience in this role are also a must, dealing with our amazing customers on a daily basis!

Duties Will Include: Maintain broad knowledge of retailers and Paris Creek Farm products. Friendly and understanding with a customer service focus. First port of call for answering main incoming phone calls. Customer liaison with regard to order queries, changes, supply and delivery issues, including planning for public holiday delivery changes. Responding to customer queries and requests for information. Liaise with freight companies with regard to customer order delivery queries. Print pick slip run and split pick slips by drop code, prepare for warehouse to collect for packing. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and be an advocate for the customer.

Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phone in orders for production. Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer deadlines. Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time. Answer telephone promptly and transfer callers to appropriate departments. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner through written and verbal communication. To be successful you will have proven experience in the above skilled areas.
