Location: Other, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Debtors Clerk Established manufacturing company based in Parow Industria is seeking to employ an experienced Debtors Clerk on a temporary contract of 3 months.

Requirements: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Relevant Tertiary Education will be beneficial. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Debtors Clerk. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong sense of urgency and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi task and perform under pressure. Valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.

Responsibilities: Keeping records of payments made. Determining which accounts are overdue and follow up accordingly. Follow up on debtors related issues and the tracking thereof. Completing monthly journals. Allocating receipts. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Other ad-hoc tasks within the scope of the role. The position is available from the 1st of July 2019.
