Office Administrator required

My client is a state body with offices based in South Dublin on the Dart line. They currently have a vacancy for a general administrator. This is a permanent position . Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm with a salary of €23,189 on offer. Closing date for applicatios is Monday the 9th of December. In this role you will work in a team of four and responsibility for providing administrative support within the Department including:

    * Managing administrative workloads in an organised and systematic fashion.
    * Provision of support to Department staff through use of telephone, email, letters.
    * Work as part of the Departmental team in ensuring adequate cover for all functions of the Department in cases of absence.
    * Providing advice to the public and to the profession in relation to administration matters in the Department.
    * Use of Department specific computer databases and systems.
    * Carrying out of any other duties as required
