Vacancy for Human Resources Manager. A Dubai based organization with business interests in Manufacturing, Facilities Management and Real Estate is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. The role is Dubai based and will report in to the Head of HR & Administration.

The job holder will oversee HR related activities for approximately 225+ employees. While the role is that of a generalist, emphasis will be on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Transformation.

Requirements: 10 – 12 years of UAE experience. A qualification in Human Resources (MBA / CIPD / SHRM). Strong business and analytical ability. Not mandatory: Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage. Can join immediately. Salary: AED 25000/- per month plus benefits.
