We are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator and Admin responsibilities would involve the following:

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: Managing the reception and its responsibilities. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Preparing and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and present reports. Be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. Be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

Prepare and update reports to be used by the Management on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Salary is based on qualification and experience.
