Receptionist- Financial Planning, Freedom Planning Pty Ltd. We are a well established Cairns-based financial planning business. We build trusting relationships centred around people, that inspires them to achieve their goals for reasons that are important to them.

As the first point of contact for our clients and service providers you will be well presented, have a friendly personality and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will provide ongoing administrative support to our financial advisers and senior client support officers.

We are looking for someone who has a track record of demonstrating the following: Experience in a receptionist role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Your role will include but is not limited to: Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries. Maintaining and managing client information. A variety of general administrative tasks. Experience in the financial planning industry is an advantage however not a pre-requisite for the role. Juniors are welcome to apply.
