Your New Position: In your new position as Receptionist you will be the face of the company, ready to impress with your welcoming and friendly attitude, making customers feel at ease, ensuring that their vehicle is left in good care.

Your daily responsibilities are to provide prompt customer service through phones, emails and face to face, communicate with insurance companies, assist customers in their claims process and keep them informed every step of the way. Must have the ability to work every 3rd Saturday

There are number of key competencies and characteristics we are looking for: Outstanding customer service. Thorough administration skills. Accurate data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer savvy. Helpful and professional with friendly disposition. Understanding the Auto industry is advantageous but not necessary.
