Project / Contracts Manager, Location: Midrand, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. Fast growing construction contracting company seeks energetic Project / Contracts Manager to join our team.

Salary R 15,000 - R 20,000 per month depending on experience. Company pays for petrol and phone.

The requirements for this position are the following: Must have own transport. Minimum of two years of working experience. Must be able to do setting out of works from construction drawings. Must be able to work weekends when required. A good understanding of JBCC, GCC and NEC Contracts a bonus. Must be able to manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site. Manage wastage of material on site. Manage Quality of work executed on site. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to compile productivity reports. Must be able to fill out daily site diary. Must be able to generate RFI's

Requirements: The importance of this role is that the candidate should possess all of the following skills. Grade 12 with 2 to 5 years of minimum working experience. Computer literate (MS Excel and Outlook). The ability to read building plans Confidently work on B.O.Q. Understanding of company functions and infrastructure. Well-developed English and Afrikaans language skills (speak, read and write)
