Reception / Administration Assistant, Melbourne. A Full Time position exists for a self motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to take on the role of Reception / Administration assistant.

With over 50 Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand with a progressive expansion plan set for the future an opportunity exists for a Reception/ Administration assistant to join our team.

Position Overview: In this role you will be interacting with all levels of the organisation and building and sustaining relationships with franchisees and suppliers. You will enjoy working on a diverse range of tasks, and possess a willingness to undertake both basic and challenging responsibilities.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages. Collection, distribution and posting of all mail. Greet, assist and/or direct visitors. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Administration tasks such as filing, general correspondence and data entry. Preparation of Invoicing. Maintain spreadsheets and databases. Create, maintain and archive files. Prepare sales orders. Liaising with Distribution Manager in regards to sales orders and stock. Secretarial tasks, such as preparing agendas, typing minutes and file note of meetings. Assist staff members as requested.

You must possess the following skills and attributes: Strong communication, negotiation and influencing capability. Good administration and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Accurate typing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Keen to learn. Self motivated.

Working knowledge and previous experience in office duties such as order entry and invoicing is required.
