Key responsibilities: Developing and implementing call plans and marketing strategies. Negotiating with brokers regarding the level of business and servicing requirements. Promoting Liberty Life’s products and technology services through marketing presentations and training. Providing information and training on products and servicing procedures/requirements. New business upload and servicing. Establishing and maintaining business relationships. Maintain and grow market share with existing brokers. Adherence to the compliance process Achieving sales targets over all products. Communication and networking with all Liberty. Life Group departments to facilitate problem solving. Solving of commission queries Own vehicle.

Key requirements: Qualifications – Matric, Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence, A tertiary qualification would be an advantage, with preference for Certified Financial Planner qualification

Experience: At least 2 year’s experience in the financial services or insurance industry Knowledge. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Insurance Industry Knowledge. Risk and Investment Product Knowledge. Legal and Tax Knowledge. Liberty Life software and systems. Brokers and Agent development.
