An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Organisational Safety Support Officer to join our Corporate, Governance and Financial Services Directorate in Moranbah.

Reporting to the Manager Organisational Safety the Organisational Safety Support Officer position provides support to the Disaster Management initiative including the maintenance and review of Disaster Management plans and operational plans and assists in coordinating effective response to disaster events within the community. The role supports the WHS team in the achievement of proactive workplace health and safety culture across the organisation.  A strong level of Microsoft Suite applications is required for this position along with demonstrated abilities to plan, coordinate and manage competing priorities.

For this position we offer: Salary $60,265.67 to $72,122.22 per annum. Nominally 36.25 hours per week. 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading. 12% super (in accordance with policy). RDO’s in accordance with Council policy.
