Admin / Reception vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Shoe Butler is a unique shoe spa operating out of Dubai for close to 10 years now, we are in need of an Admin Staff that will be responsible for the following duties: Answering the phone and scheduling clients pickups and deliveries.

Checking consignments upon receipt at the shop and dispatching them to different departments. Keeping record pf bills and posting to the system. Recording staff attendance. Monitoring quality of final product before packaging and despatching. End of day financial report. Drivers relations and scheduling. Good and clear voice with computer knowledge.
