Customer Service Officer, South West Coast VIC, Ocean Grove Bowling Club Inc., one of the region’s leading community sporting and leisure venues, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following position, immediate start. Customer Service Officer – Reception (part time 20 hours p/w)

The role incorporates the need for both excellent customer service skills and strong administration skills. As the face of the Club you will greet members and guests coming in to the Club, operate the telephone switchboard, process memberships and payments etc. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential. Excellent award wages and weekend work apply.
